How long until it arrives?
Each name is made by hand after you order. We craft it within a few days and deliver in 3–4 working days with tracking.
Is the paint safe for children?
Yes. The whole range uses water-based paint, safe for a child's room.
What if I spell the name wrong?
The piece is made with the exact name you type, so please check the spelling before adding to cart. Spotted a mistake? Message us within 24 hours and we'll sort it before production starts.
How does it hang?
The double-sided tape comes already applied to the back. Just peel off the backing and press it onto the wall. No drilling, no nails.
What if I'm not happy?
We want you to love it. If something isn't right, message us and we'll make it right.
