What kind of products do you sell?

We offer decorative wooden and cork maps including world maps, country maps, city maps, wall art and travel-themed accessories.

Can I personalize products?

Yes. Some products, like city maps and magnetic key holders, can be customized with names, dates or short messages. The option is shown on the product page.

Do you accept custom-made orders?

Absolutely. If you have a specific idea or custom request, contact us. We'll be happy to let you know what's possible.

Are your products eco-friendly?

Yes. We use responsibly sourced wood and eco-conscious materials. We also plant one tree for every product sold.

How are your products made?

Every piece is crafted in Portugal, combining precision cutting, hand-painted finishes and a high level of detail using responsibly sourced wood.

Production & Shipping

How long it takes to make and deliver your order, and how to track it.

How long does delivery take?

Each map is made to order and takes 2 to 4 business days to produce.

After that, estimated shipping times are:

  • Portugal: 24 to 48 hours
  • Spain: 48 to 72 hours
  • Most of Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5 to 20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Note: delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship with DHL, UPS, GLS and CTT, depending on the destination.

Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?

If you're in the EU, there are no import taxes. For orders outside the EU, taxes or customs duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the buyer's responsibility.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

How do I place an order?

Select your product, choose the size and color, and complete the checkout directly on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards, MB WAY, Multibanco, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Will I receive confirmation and an invoice?

Yes. You'll get a confirmation email right after checkout, and your invoice will be sent automatically once your order is confirmed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Changed your mind or something not quite right? Here's what to do.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return any non-personalized product, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Personalized items can only be returned if there's a production defect.

How do I return a product?

Just contact our support team. We’ll provide return instructions and a label if needed.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes. If you received the wrong item or if it’s defective, we’ll replace it at no cost.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us at support@woodnest.co with photos of the damage. We'll take care of it right away and file a claim with the shipping provider.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Installation, Maintenance & Gift Cards

Is the map easy to install?

Yes. All maps include alignment templates and a simple step-by-step guide. Installation typically takes between 30 minutes and 2 hours.

How do I take care of my map?

Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Don’t use chemical or abrasive products.

Can I remove the map from the wall?

Yes. Use a hairdryer to warm the adhesive and carefully remove each piece. You’ll need new adhesive to reinstall it.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. We offer digital gift cards that are delivered by email and never expire.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter the gift card code at checkout. The amount will be applied automatically to your order.

Can gift cards be returned or exchanged?

No. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
