By placing an order on this website, you confirm that:

All products offered on this website are handcrafted in our workshop in Figueiró dos Vinhos, Portugal. As our products are made from natural wood, please be aware that:

  • Colours displayed on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and natural variation in wood grain
  • Stated dimensions are approximate and minor variations may occur between individual items
  • Natural variation in wood grain, texture, and tone is not a defect — it is an inherent quality of handcrafted wooden goods

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

5. Pricing and VAT

All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated, and include VAT at the applicable rate in accordance with EU regulations.

For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£). Import VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, notifying you promptly.

6. Orders and Formation of Contract

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and Oui C'est Moi, Lda is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

  • Pricing or product description errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised use
  • Unavailability of stock
  • Failure of payment authorisation

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

7. Payment

We accept payment by the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. Oui C'est Moi, Lda does not store your full payment card details.

Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched. If payment is declined or reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount.

8. Production and Shipping

All orders are produced to order within 1–3 business days. Shipping times, rates, and available destinations are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, available at https://www.woodnest.co/policies/shipping-policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Oui C'est Moi, Lda shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Right of Withdrawal — EU Consumers

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Portuguese Law (Decreto-Lei nº 24/2014, of 14 February).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at:

You must then return the item within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or non-conforming.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund of the product value within 14 days. The original shipping cost will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalised or custom-made to the customer's specifications.

10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on this website are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with Directive 2019/771/EU, as transposed into Portuguese law by Decreto-Lei nº 84/2021.

If a product is defective or non-conforming at the time of delivery, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the product, free of charge
  • A proportional price reduction, or
  • A full refund, where repair or replacement is not possible or would cause significant inconvenience
