Each piece is made to order in our workshop in Portugal. Please allow 2 to 4 days for production. Most European orders arrive in 4 to 9 business days after dispatch.
Because each piece is personalised with the name you choose, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or production error. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, send us photos within 7 days and we will resolve it quickly.

Can I choose any name?
Yes. Write the name exactly as you want it to appear. Names may be slightly adjusted in proportion to keep the final piece balanced and well-composed.
Does it come ready to place?
Yes. The double-sided tape is already applied to the back. Peel off the protective layer, position on a clean, dry and smooth surface, and press firmly for a few seconds.
Which size should I choose?
S is best for doors and smaller spaces. M is the most popular choice for nurseries and children's rooms. L works best on larger walls or when you want the piece to stand out.
The measurement refers to the approximate height of the main letter.
Can I return a personalised order?
