- Dimensions: Stated dimensions are approximate. Minor variations may occur between individual items as a result of the handcrafted nature of our products
- Natural variation: Wood is a natural material and each piece will have its own unique grain, texture, and character. These variations are not defects, they are an inherent and valued quality of handcrafted wooden goods
In the event of a material error in a product description or price, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund, notifying the customer promptly.
4. Materials and Safety
Our products are primarily crafted from wood and may incorporate other materials including MDF, cork, and metal fixings. Paints, varnishes, and finishes used in our manufacturing process comply with European safety and environmental standards, including REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
Our products are decorative items intended for adult use. They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14 years of age without adult supervision. Please keep small components out of reach of young children.
5. Use of Products
Woodnest products are designed and intended solely for decorative home use. They must be used in accordance with any instructions provided. Oui C'est Moi, Lda accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss arising from use of our products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose or the instructions provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oui C'est Moi, Lda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:
