Also erstmal, das Produkt selbst ist wirklich schön und die Qualität vom Holz ist top. Aber: ein Panel kam mit einer Macke an der Ecke an, vermutlich beim Transport passiert. Hab dann 3 mal gemailt bis ich überhaupt eine Antwort bekam, das war frustrierend. Am Ende kam dann Ersatz nach ca. 2 Wochen, was ok ist aber die Kommunikation in der Zwischenzeit war einfach nicht gut. Schade weil das Produkt eigentlich super ist. Bitte arbeitet an der Verpackung an den Ecken und am Support.
Hangt in de hal, mn moeder vroeg meteen waar we hem vandaan hebben toen ze kwam langs lol. Jammer dat er geen versie is met landennamen erop maar dat is persoonlijk.
Mooi maar wel echt prijzig, twijfelde lang. Heb gemaild over op te hangen op stenen muur en kreeg netjes antwoord. Ben blij ermee maar het is echt een hele investering voor wat het is.
Wir haben das ganze Wochenende daran gearbeitet, mein Sohn (9) und ich, war wie ein kleines Vater-Sohn Projekt 😄 er hat sich total reingehängt und am Ende war er stolzer als ich. Jetzt hängt es im Esszimmer und beim Essen reden wir oft drüber wo wir mal hinwollen. Hatte das nicht erwartet ehrlich gesagt, dass so ein Bild so viel Gespräche auslöst aber ist echt schön. Verpackung kam stabil an, alles heile, kein Problem.
Top product, maar communicatie kan beter
Voor levering zou ik minder sterren geven en voor het product zelf meer. Iets was niet goed gegaan met bestellen(weken langer moeten wachten, zonder terugkoppeling, maar uiteindelijk goed opgelost) maar het was het wachten meer dan waard. Heel mooi gemaakt!
Schickes Teil, hängt im Wohnzimmer. Kommt gut zur Geltung wenn die Sonne abends durchscheint. Für den Preis hätte ich mir bessere Verpackung gewünscht aber sonst alles ok.
Yes. Your map comes with 287 flag pins at no extra cost. You don’t need to buy a separate flag-pin set. Other accessories are optional and sold separately.
Which size should I choose?
M measures 135 × 70 cm and L measures 170 × 90 cm. Compare both options in the size guide, then mark the dimensions on your wall with masking tape. Check how the map sits above your furniture and how much space you’d like around it.
Do I need to drill the wall?
Yes. The three panels hang on brackets secured to the wall with screws. The included templates help you mark the fixing points and align the panels. You’ll need a drill and basic tools, and the illustrated guide explains the installation.
Will the fixings work on my wall?
The kit includes wall plugs for masonry and plasterboard. Check that the supplied fixings are suitable for your wall’s construction and condition. If you’re unsure, ask a qualified installer before drilling.
When will my map arrive?
Check “Delivery & shipping” near the Add to cart button for the estimate for your destination. It includes production and delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays. We’ll email your tracking details once your order has shipped.
What if my map arrives damaged?
We’re here to help. Send us your order number and photos of the damage and packaging as soon as you notice it. Keep the packaging until we confirm the next steps.
Can I return my map if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Your map must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. Please check our return policy before installing your map.
