Are pins included?
Pins are sold separately, so you can choose the set that best fits your story, flag pins, sights pins or wooden travel pins.
Do I need to drill the wall?
Yes, and it's easier than it sounds. The included templates align everything for you, and most customers finish in under 30 minutes. All you need is a basic drill.
What kind of wall works best?
Brick, concrete, masonry, drywall or wood, any stable indoor wall. The kit includes solid-wall plugs for brick, concrete or masonry, and drywall plugs for plasterboard. For wooden walls, the screws fix directly into the wood. Avoid fragile surfaces such as glass or very thin panels.
Can I move it later?
Yes. Lift the panels off the wall brackets, remove the brackets, and reinstall in the new location with fresh plugs for the new wall. Ideal if you move home or change the room around.
How long does delivery take?
Most European orders arrive in 4 to 9 business days after dispatch. We ship from Portugal with full tracking. Switzerland and the UK may take a few extra days due to customs.
What if my map arrives damaged?
Send us photos of the package and the affected pieces within 7 days. We'll replace any damaged part at no cost. It's rare, but when it happens, it's on us.
